Matcha Ice cream at home ㅤ♡

Simple Matcha Ice Cream recipe using condensed milk, heavy cream, cane sugar powder, and matcha powder—with optional honey for extra sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 2-3 tbsp matcha powder (adjust to taste)

  • 3-4 tbsp cane sugar powder (adjust to sweetness)

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Whip Cream:
    In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft and creamy.

  2. Mix Base:
    In another bowl, mix condensed milk, matcha powder, cane sugar, and honey (if using) until it is smooth.

  3. Combine:
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the matcha mixture until fully combined.

  4. Freeze:
    Pour into a container and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight. Enjoy! ㅤ♡
